Right money, right order

We don't send your file to one lender and hope. We build the plan with you.

Most owners apply for one big loan, take the first offer and find out later it closed the door on cheaper money. We map every option, put them in the right order and work each step with you, so one approval sets up the next.

What you get from us
  • A written funding sequence for your business: what first, what next, and why
  • The profile fixes that open more options: utilization, inquiries, documents
  • Offers side by side with the total payback, not just the rate
  • A plan for the next round once this one is in place
The four things we plan around

Funding is a sequence. Order changes the outcome.

Sequence

Every application can affect the next one. We decide what goes first so early approvals don't shrink later ones.

Profile

Card balances, recent inquiries, time in business and bank history decide your options. We fix what can be fixed before anything is submitted.

Cost

Some money is cheap and slow, some is quick and expensive. We match each need to the right kind and show the full cost.

Workflow

Who does what, which documents, which partner, and what has to be true before the next step. No guessing.

Worked example

Gulf Coast HVAC: $120K for two vans and a new contract

The situation

  • HVAC contractor in Florida, a little over 3 years in business
  • About $65K a month in revenue
  • Owner's credit around 700, with card balances at about 38% of limits and 3 recent inquiries
  • One open merchant cash advance
  • Needs about $120K: two service vans, equipment, and working capital for a new commercial contract

The trap

Apply for one $120K loan, get offered a second advance on top of the first, sign it because it's there. Daily payments double, inquiries pile up, card balances climb, and the cheaper options that were available a month ago aren't anymore.

The strategy we'd build

  1. Equipment and vehicle financing for the vans and equipment. The vans secure the financing, so it doesn't eat card limits or count against personal balances. It takes the biggest single need off the table first.
  2. 0% intro APR business credit cards for working capital, through a specialist partner. At 38% balances, only some partners place this file, so we route it there. Good personal credit is required; intro rates end and fees apply, so the payoff plan is written before anyone applies.
  3. A business line of credit as the backup for the gaps between contract payments, drawn only when needed.
  4. The existing advance stays in view, not doubled. No second advance. Once the new lines are in place, we look at whether refinancing the advance lowers its total cost.

Why this order

The asset-backed step goes first because it covers the largest need without touching the credit profile the cards depend on. The cards come next while that profile is still clean. The line of credit last, because it's the flexible backstop. And a second advance never enters the plan, because it would make every later step harder.

Every option is a likely fit to be confirmed by each lender after a consented review. Amounts depend on the lender's own decision.

How we work a file

The workflow, step by step

  1. Funding Map and a 20-minute strategy call. We confirm the facts and agree on the goal: how much, for what, by when.
  2. Your written OK, then a soft credit review. A person on our team reviews it. A soft review doesn't count as a hard inquiry.
  3. Documents, once. Usually 3 to 6 months of business bank statements, entity documents, and quotes or contracts for what the money buys.
  4. Submissions in the planned order, each one to the partner that fits that step, and each one with your OK first.
  5. Offers side by side: total payback, payment schedule and fees, so you choose with the full picture.
  6. The next round. What to do over the next 90 days so your following round is bigger and cheaper.

We teach as we go

You'll leave each call knowing why each step is in the order it is, what lenders look at, and what moves your profile. The goal is a business that keeps getting stronger funding, not a one-time transaction.

We are a commercial financing broker, not a lender. We never charge fees before funding.
