2. GODADDY: Then go to godaddy and check and see if the domain is available. Using the example above, MIKSAP LLC, you want to search godaddy domain for available domains as: miksapdigital.com, miksapsocial.com etc.

Once you have done all of the above, you then follow the steps here. We are using the example MIKSAP LLC.

STEP ONE - BUSINESS GMAIL ACCOUNT
GMAIL ACCOUNT - Go to gmail and register a business email. for example: MIKSAPDIGITAL@GMAIL.COM

Creating a business gmail account is a very important part of this process of setting up your Company correctly.

There are many reasons for this:

1. You have an official email that you can use for all the other services that you will need before you get a professional email.
2. You will be required to set up a Google business page, so creating the gmail account is necessary.

In the event you will be setting up more than one company, this will also help you organize yourselves by creating a gmail account with the name of the Company.

IMPORTANT:
You must name the gmail account so that it corresponds with your business name.
EXAMPLE: If your Company is ABC DIGITAL , see below for some names that you should use to register a gmail account>

STEP TWO - A Physical Business Virtual Address

Having a professional place of business is a critical factor in establishing business credibility, especially when working with banks and lenders.

It’s important to understand that not all businesses can operate from a residential address. For example, a mechanic shop cannot legitimately use a personal home address. However, some business activities—such as Digital Marketing, Business Consulting, and other service-based businesses—are commonly accepted by banks when operated from a home address.

While using a home address may be permitted for certain business types, many owners prefer not to do so for privacy and security reasons. A personal address can easily become publicly listed across government records, business directories, and credit profiles.

That said, business owners must be cautious when using virtual addresses. Banks are increasingly identifying virtual addresses and, in many cases, are denying credit applications when an address is flagged as virtual in their system.

IMPORTANT: If you choose to use a virtual address, make sure it appears as a legitimate physical business location and not a generic virtual or mailbox address. These are often referred to as physical virtual addresses—addresses that are recognized by banks as real, commercial locations.

Choosing the right business address helps protect your privacy while maintaining credibility and avoiding unnecessary banking or credit denials.

STEP THREE - REGISTER YOUR LLC AND GET YOUR EIN NUMBER

Now you will register your LLC with your Secretary of State. Below are important points to follow carefully during the registration process:

• Use your home address when filing your LLC.
• List your business activity as Advertising Agency (Marketing and Advertising).
• Use the Gmail account you created as your official business email.
• Subscribe to one (1) year of Registered Agent services.
• Have Incfile also obtain your EIN for you.

STEP FOUR - GET YOUR EIN NUMBER FROM THE IRS.GOV

Now that you have purchased your Aged Corporation and the corporation has officially been transferred into your name, it is time to apply for an EIN (Employer Identification Number). When completed correctly, you will receive the EIN electronically within minutes after pressing the Submit button.

You will receive step-by-step instructions on how to complete the online EIN application.

STEP FIVE - BUSINESS TELEPHONE LINE

Once you get the 800 number, you must do the following:

1. Set up a professional voice mail on your phone.com dashboard.
2. Forward all your calls to your cell phone
